Terms & Conditions

By engaging Digo Tech Hub for any service, you agree to our standard terms including project timelines, payment schedules, intellectual property rights, and liability limitations as outlined in your project agreement. All projects begin with a signed Statement of Work. Payments are structured as 40% upfront, 40% at mid-project milestone, and 20% on delivery. Intellectual property transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment.
